mmmm... back on that bugfixing grind

additions:

- Added a temporary way to quit the game, by pressing ESC on the title screen

- Added level title to the loading screen and pause menu

- Added instructions for "pausing" on the Magical Instruction Panel Of Wonder And Mystery

fixes:

- Fixed a bug where, if you tried to interact with a ? point multiple times before the dialogue starts, the dialogue would overlap and you'll lose your ability to jump and dash.
